About Me
Kelvyn Lynch(MBACP)
I run a confidential and compassion-based practice in a safe and secure environment for those experiencing anxiety, depression and relationship problems.

My work and experience as an Integrative therapist of over 15 years in Harlow and the surrounding area, can provide you with short and open-ended counselling, Mindfulness Training as well as other psychological interventions, also including Transactional Analysis (the method of understanding how we communicate with others and how others communicate with us and the positive or negative effects this can have on our emotional state, self-esteem and ability to function with emotional resilience).

It can be hard to make the decision to enter into therapy, but by making that first step is the step to understanding the very nature of how the mind works; as well as what we can do to be effective in changing negative thoughts and unwanted beliefs.

The experience you will have when working with me is underpinned by my own life experiences, which have guided me to work with young people and adults. Knowing this you can feel confident that you are with a qualified therapist who will listen at a deeper level with an open heart and acceptance.

Working with Compassion and Acceptance is at the heart of the therapeutic interventions I offer and I encourage all my clients to engage in the practice of Mindfulness, to be used as a lifelong tool to manage anxiety and stress. This is a personal choice and can be agreed at the beginning of your sessions.

As a member of British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) I adhere to its Code of Conduct and Ethical Practices. I respect all genders and, sexual orientations, ethnicities, religions and other personal differences. Supervision and professional training are regularly attended.
